Leadership

      Leadership is a term. It's a term that we as wrestlers need if you don't show leadership on the mat it would be a disaster. It really shows when you are on a team that has leaders, leaders that know what there doing, leaders that follow what you do if your cutg weight they help you threw it. If you lose a match they talk you threw it and tell you what you did wrong and need help on. I think that our team has pretty good leadership there are teams out  there that they can't even stand there own team. I know that I don't like all my teammates but I still respect them and help them. I would wrather be on a horrible team that has good leader ship wrather than wrestling on a good team with bad leadership. This is personally my opinion I am sure a lot of other people disagree with me on all the things I have said but when you have people on the side of the mat that try to nake you win they actually care about us making moves improving position. That is a little thing I have to say about leadership because I was at a tournament this weekend that really didn't have a lot. Once there star wrestler loses they give up.
